In today’s economic climate, training dollars are often limited. But the needs of managers and employees to learn how to enhance their performance still exists. Individual Purchase If the curriculum or kit has been purchased for individual managers, we encourage the support of these managers from Human Resources as they use the materials. There will be company specific issues and concerns that will invariably arise as the mangers learn how to more effectively manager Gen Y employees. They may also have ideas on how to more effectively recruit and retain Gen Y employees that might be helpful to the HR department. Bulk Purchase Depending upon how many have been purchased, we encourage Human Resources or the Training Department to do a brief orientation for the managers who will be using the curriculum.
