About Culture Coach International Innovative, Practical Solutions to Business Problems Generations CCI has been providing training programs on managing and working on multigenerational teams for years. The Managing Gen Y materials were developed based upon the workshops that we have been presenting. In our workshops we have focused not on how to "fix" a particular generation, but instead how to leverage the strengths of each generation for the benefit of the team. The Managing Gen Y materials were developed to help managers to better understand Gen Y so that managers, team members and Gen Y employees feel that they are a productive and effective team. Business Support Tools In addition to the customized training programs and consulting services that we offer, we have developed over the years business support tools. These tools range include: Leveraging Diversity Calendar An annual publication that provide a "mini article" on diversity each month and one action step to focus on. The calendar includes 1400 holidays from around the world. Calendars can be purchased individually, or if ordering 150 or more, they can be customized. Know Your Cultural ABC's A colorful poster that helps teaches how to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Cultural Quick Tips A monthly e-newsletter that highlights one Quick Tip on how to work more effectively in a diverse environment. Individual subscriptions are free. Organizations can purchase the Tips to be used internally. Training Tools Our creativity in the training room has resulted in numerous tools and exercises that we have developed over the years. Some of these tools are available for purchase. |
